All items are guaranteed for 30 days (unless otherwise stated, China guns not included) including all pistols even when used with green gas (NOT for red gas and unless otherwise stated). Please note that this guarantee also extends to magazines so long as they have been properly lubricated and not left without gas in them. It should also be noted that the plastic lips on most magazines are not covered by this..
All guarantees are subject to any item/s not being misused or tampered with in any way. If it is deemed that an item has been used against manufacturer’s guidelines, all warranties / guarantees are void.
Most china guns do not contain strong gearboxes, it is therefore advised to use short burst shooting and not to keep the trigger pressed too long as this may strip gears leading to faults.

In the unlikely event that your new Airsoft weapon or accessory purchased from us is faulty or you wish to cancel your order, then please contact us immediately ( contact details on contacts page) and a repaired or replacement product will be dispatched to you as soon as the originally purchased goods are returned and confirmed to be faulty by our engineers. In this scenario we will refund your incurred return 1st class recorded postage costs (we do not cover special delivery cost for small items) up to £9.50, as long as the goods are faulty.

If your item is returned missing any items, damaged (this includes packaging) or used we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee to cover depreciation of the item and our time.
